HEAR OUR STORY + PROJECTS
The founders of Cornerstone Ministries believe that Jesus Christ must be the Chief Cornerstone, the foundation on which the company’s strategies, efforts, and initiatives are built. To this end, we prayerfully dedicate our time, resources, and finances to achieve the company’s mission.
The name Christ Jesus is
the cornerstone of our faith
and our mission.

The Mission of Cornerstone is connected to the commands that are given to leaders and believers in both the Old and New testaments:
1) “Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the
hand of the wicked” (Psalms 82:4).2) “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this; to look after orphans and widows in
their distress…” (James 1:27).Cornerstone’s primary mission is to honor these commands by providing housing and sustenance for widows, orphans, and victims of sex trafficking.
Cornerstone’s secondary mission is to partner with social organizations, churches, individuals, and companies to build churches and schools to support communities where widows, orphans, and victims of sex trafficking reside.

The word “Cornerstone” has a timeless relevance from antiquity to the present age. In Biblical times, nations built walls that protected them against enemy forces, providing security, shelter, and a sense of belonging to its inhabitants. The most important stone in building a wall was the cornerstone, which marked the corner where two walls met. The cornerstone was the first and most important stone since it served as the foundation for all other stones; it had to be perfectly level, stable, and strong so that all other stones could effectively be set in place.
-
The prophet Isaiah writes: “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation; the one who trusts will never be dismayed”(Isaiah 28:16). The Apostle Paul recognized the importance of God’s declaration to Isaiah in his letter to the Ephesians when he writes: “So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief cornerstone”(Ephesians 2:19,20).
Behind the Logo.
Whether it’s building homes for widows and orphans, creating refugee centers for victims of human trafficking, or establishing educational centers and churches, the logo reflects our commitment to building with purpose and faith.
The layered square design represents a structure built from many crosses, symbolizing the foundation of faith at the heart of our mission. One cross, highlighted in red, stands out to signify Christ’s presence in every detail of our work. The red cornerstone marks the pivotal point where two walls meet, illustrating the strong, Christ-centered foundation that supports our ministry.
